Cut paneer into cubes and fry in a little oil turning so each side is browned. Remove and drain on kitchen roll.
Fry the ginger onions & garlic gently for 10 mins.
Add the spice' s and fry for a few more minutes.
Add the tomatoes and peas and combine with the mixture, then add the stock, simmer gently for 10 to 15 mins.
Add in the paneer and coriander, simmering for a 5 mins
Note: Its possible to make paneer at home it is just milk curd (pressed) separated from the way by heating whole milk and adding lemon juice..I brought ours from Tesco!
