Lifestream Retreats is now enjoying its 8th year of operation, and the husband & wife team of Silva & Martin Rogers are pleased to offer you a variety of meditation and yoga retreats designed with your well-being in mind.

After the great success last October, combining Dru yoga, meditation and personal coaching with David Finney, we are delighted that he is joining us once again in 2011.

We are looking forward to returning to the fabulous venue at Les Passeroses in Charente, France in August 2010, and have created an amazing week.

There are still some places left for our fabulous retreat in August at Les Passeroses.

TRAVEL: If you are coming from the London area, we have secured special price tickets on the Eurostar/TGV trains at £131 return, which is of course a greener option. The area is also well served by airports.

EURO PROOF: Don't worry about poor exchange rates, as the retreat is payable in pounds and there is very little to pay out in euros, just the transfers, an optional therapy, plus travel food.
