The weekend you chose is going to give you a chance to experience what you would really like Christmas time to be about. Peace and tranquilly in beautiful surroundings, open fires, angelic meditations, and delicious food, Sunday Christmas fare will include a special nut roast and Christmas pudding. Enjoy being nurtured and cared for in the harmonious atmosphere of Cranhouse. There will be six sessions over the weekend, plus an optional early morning meditation. Along with our yoga, meditation, relaxation, and shiatsu, there will be plenty of time for walking, talking, and just chilling out! Delicious vegetarian food will be provided cooked by Martin |
This remote and peaceful property is set within this beautiful Suffolk farmland estate, enjoying amazing countryside views from most rooms. There are extensive walks over farm meadowland and forest paths from the doorstep. The shared accommodation consists of three twin bedded rooms, one triple and one double, which can be occupied as a single. All rooms are en suite (except one twin with bathroom next door), towels are provided. There is a beautiful, spacious wooden floored living room, which will be used for our yoga shiatsu and meditation sessions. There is a beautiful, spacious wooden floored living room, which will be used for our yoga shiatsu and meditation sessions. The cost for this retreat will be £199 all inclusive. Single occupancy in the double room will be £40 extra. The three occupying the triple room will be less £12 each. We ask you to arrive between 5.15 and 6.30 pm, supper will be at 7p.m. after which we will have chance to sit round the open fire and say hello to each other. Departure will be after tea and Christmas cake, following the last session on Sunday afternoon (approx.4.30p.m.). |
