Autumn Yoga Retreat - A Time for Reflection (Cranhouse)

This weekend is structured to suit all levels of experience. A maximum of ten participants are invited.

We see this as a lovely chance to relax, unwind and to shed the tensions of our fast pace of living, to get away from it all, and just enjoy being you, in a safe and peaceful atmosphere. You will go home feeling refreshed, revitalised and more able to deal with all that life brings!

There will be six sessions over the weekend, which will include, Dru yoga, relaxation, meditations, plus sharing some simple relaxing Shiatsu techniques. There will be plenty of free time for walking in the woods, talking, laughing or just chilling out.

Delicious vegetarian food will be provided, cooked by Martin.

This remote and peaceful property is set within a beautiful farmland estate, enjoying amazing countryside views from most rooms. There are extensive walks over farm meadowland and forest paths from the doorstep.

We ask you to arrive any time after 5.15p.m., supper will be at 7p.m. after which we will have chance to sit round the fire and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and say hello to each other. The last session concludes Sunday at approx. 4.00p.m.

The shared accommodation consists of three twin bedded rooms, one triple and a double which can be occupied as a single. All the rooms are en suite (except one twin with bathroom next door). There is a beautiful, spacious, wooden floored living room which will be used for our yoga, shiatsu and relaxation sessions.

The cost for this retreat will be £195 all inclusive. Less £10 per person for those allocated the triple bedroom, or plus £40 for single occupancy of the double room subject to availability.
