ABOUT THE COURSESThe main focus of all our courses is that people should feel nurtured and empowered, through our guidance in the practices of Dru yoga, meditation, Shiatsu, eating good healthy food, (organic wherever possible) in a very friendly and informal atmosphere. We encourage everyone to get plenty of rest so as to start to release the build up of deep fatigue that we all manage to accumulate. There are six sessions over the weekend, around which there are plenty of opportunities for walking, talking, fun and sharing. The numbers are always limited to ten maximum, so that we can keep an eye on everyone's needs and experiences. SUFFOLK / NORFOLK BORDER Martin is your cook for the weekend and will happily accommodate special diets and create separate dishes if you have any major dislikes! He will nurture you with delicious and creative cooking. The weekend courses are structured in a way that suits both those who are new to retreats, and also the more experienced yogis, therefore aiming to meet the needs of everyone. |
