Lifestream Retreats is now enjoying its 7th year of operation, and the husband & wife team of Silva & Martin Rogers, this year we are looking forward to returning to the fabulous venue at Les Passeroses in Charente, France in August, and have created a week especially for yogis who have yet to enjoy a retreat experience.

We are very pleased to have added a more spiritually focused week retreat in September, in the peaceful, rural setting of the beautiful Wensum Valley, Norfolk. Another new addition is the weekend in Cranhouse in October, where you can have the unique opportunity, of combining Dru yoga with Life Coaching, not to mention the wonderful walks and delicious vegetarian food! By popular demand we are again running two Christmas at Cranhouse weekends in December.
